    Yes he's right maybe you can use heat shrink sheating (en français de la gaine thermorétractable), but you should think before welding :D

    Also you should really think about re-soldering those connections, butt joints like that will fail after flexing.
    Pin soldering should have the wire hooked around the terminal like so:

    I must admit I have definitely soldered connections like that for a "rush" job but nothing permanent. Pit is definitely right about a good potential for a short across those two pins.
