Hi, feel like this might be an obvious answer, I have setup my motors and pots in SMC3, had to swap some polarities but the motors are now matching and driving correctly to the pots which I'm super happy about! Finally got some motion.
A thing I've noticed on my 2Dof setup, is that although the motors are matching the pots, in the manual move where I drag the slider, if the slider is for example up, motor 1 goes up and motor 2 goes down.
Am I correct in thinking I need to swap the polarity of one motor and pot setup, so that they both move down when the slider is down etc..

    TIA

You can change the wiring, the other option is that the Dir in SimTools Axis Assignments being assigned or not determines which way each motor moves for that particular axis.
