I think the problem is, that you are mixing in your joystick/wheel with 100% on X and Y axis to the game values.

If using a game plugin, you should deactivate the joystick mixing completely!

Set influence on axis: X=0 and Y=0

How does your simulator behave if you just move your wheel when no game is running?

    Regards
    Christian

Edit: please post your valve matrix for the 4 valve setup here. I would like to have a look on it. Perhaps there is something wrong as well.

Post a picture of your pots please

With this setup (screen.gif) simulator doesn`t move, when i turn wheel.

Here another screens, takes with auto pilot in rfcator with suggested settings.

Hanging of platform is not still, but sometimes is shorter sometimes is longer.

Later i try take a photos of potis, but i think is software problem...

    Matrix is here: http://rapidshare.com/files/167233944/1.pmx.html

When i move sliders, under button move simulator my platform back to work.

    Regards
    Mach

I havent seen that you hadnt activated any joystick axis at all, so the 100%per axis had no effect anyway.

In case your simulator works fine, besides those hanging ups once a while, then your Profiler setup should be fine as well.

As you can see on this image, the Profiler tries to move the simulator (blue line), but your set rests in position (hangs).

So either your pots are not able to provide a stable signal, or your valves are not able to open/close properly. Perhaps there is a mechanical problem with the valves?

Please make a picture of your pot setup.

Yes, i turned off joystick definetly, and hang ups is often... :(

Valves is ok, when you open attachment you will see that signal is conflicting. Because says to platform go up and go down (go left and go right) simulatenously.

I check configuration with K0855_Demo and its look ok (1-right, 2-right, 3-left etc.)

I have problem with camera now, i`ll try draw it later.
But signal from pots are very stable and smooth.

And if you couldn`t open attachments, here are files http://rapidshare.com/files/167258106/screen.zip.html

I think there may be some mess with the valve matrix. He wrote that he uses 4 MEH valves (5/3 I think). Perhaps he made wrong settings for the 4 valves setup.

Perhaps there is a problem with different speeds. It may be that the valvematrix is assigned correctly for slow speed (one valve activated), but wrong for fast speed. As long as the values are low and the Profiler demands slow speed, it works fine, but if the Profiler demands normal or fast speed, a valve matrix error could take effect.
Perhaps the second valve for fast speed takes air in the wrong direction into the cylinder. This would result, that the cylinder would get air in both air-intakes, keeping the position.

    @machman
Is it the just the Y-axis, or are you experiencing the problem on both axis?
Did your simulator did worked well before?

Please make 3 screenhots of your matrix (slow, normal, fast) with the keystroke (alt|print) and paste it into MS Paint, save it as jpg, and load it up here. So we can have a look on it together.

    Christian

I doubt that your valve matrix setup works

Have a look on this schematic, it should help to see how 3 speeds with four 5/2 valves work in general.
