Can someone figure out the memory addresses for Starfield? Not sure if this thread is the right one to ask, but I recall someone has figured out memory addresses to put into Elite Dangerous profile, and it worked - but had to be changed after every game update. I know Starfield is not much of a space sim, but I'm going to try and emulate X360 controller with my joystick/hotas and make a space sim out of it yet :) It works decently well with VorpX in VR. If I could get motion cues if would be so much fun!

Please see the guide to creating a plugin, in particular the complexity when no telemetry API is available: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...lugin-for-simtools-2-0-api-documentation.131/

Here are some of the skills required when a telemetry API is not available, which requires a commitment to find new pointers likely most times a game is updated when it does not have API support:

    https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/cheat-engine-youtube-tutorials.242/

    https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/a-brief-introduction-to-using-cheat-engine.236/

Often the best course of action is to determine if a particular game has a telemetry API, and if not lobby the game dev to implement an API that can support motion rigs: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...ry-output-into-a-game-unity-and-ue4-code.287/

Worst case, there is the existing Joystick plugin, and guides to extending its use in the FAQs, when a dedicated plugin is not available, or is not feasible:
