Steering wheel torque too much for rig?

    Wondering if a high torque wheel, 10nm or greater would disrupt or negatively impact the performance of an otherwise properly balanced compact shaker rig.

    Was reading somewhere about OSWs mounted on a regular stand being a bad idea because it'd cause an unsecured stand to topple because of the high torque.

    This made me wonder if the same high torque 15nm+ of such wheels would be a bad idea for a compact sim like @mirkobastianini and @noorbeast style.

    If you mean is the limited base an issue if a high torque wheel was added then no.

    With my sim there is a little bit of cushioning compression of the thick rubber feet when it is throwing around a fair amount of mass (I have had some pretty big users), which is the purpose of the rubber isolators, but my compact sim does not wobble, though its base is about as compact as is practical:
