    My Motion Simulator:
    2DOF, Arduino
    Hi guys,

I am a novice to this topic and on my way to build up a 3dof F1 Simulator with roll, pitch and heave.
What I have so far is this Rig:
    https://www.simxpro.shop/de/SimXPro®-FR-DD-LusoMotors-2S-Bundle-p361045733
Attached is a Fanatec CSL DD 8nm, McLaren GT3 V2 Wheel and CSL LC Pedals.

The next step for me is do add motion and thats the spot where I need your expertise.
I have watched numerous Videos on Youtube, checked out the FAQ here but still dont know how:
    1. to calcualte what (worm!) motors I need. How many Watts, RPMs, Translation?
    2. Where Do I get those parts (see attached image) as I am not able to handcraft them?
    3. Is there any tutorial/information about the cable thickness required for the connections from Arduino to the Sabertooth, from Arduino to the motors and from the Arduino to the hall sensors.

    Thank you guys in advance!

There are so many possible pathways, in many respects it may be well worth your time to research and leverage the experience of other members, finding similar projects that take your fancy, given what we have here are DIY projects, not step by step how tos.

Current from an Arduino to Sabertooth is the control side, the real work is done on the Sabertooth to the motor side. That said, shielded cables are a really good idea, to avoid electrical interference.

Simukit had a package similar to what you pictured: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...f-from-the-sk3-kit-provided-by-simukit.12219/

But they are not currently operating, though you could try their discord for legacy stock if it is a kit you are after: https://simukit.com/gb/

Alright, thank for the hints, I'M following now the DIY projects and hope I get the information required.
I know about Simukit and I have contacted him already, telling me that he will reopen his shop in early summer. But it's still closed and it is a pain in the A** to fing those parts anywhere else.
So if there are other online shops available I am happy for any hint.
