Hi, everybody. I collect spare parts for the construction of the 2-3dof platform. I came across such motor reducers, there are doubts that they are very powerful for such a case. They are not very expensive, but there are only 2 pieces. So I think whether to buy for 2dof similar engine. 600w, 33A, 3600 1/min, 24v, NMRV040.
    Help with competent advice)))

There are a couple of other gear motors, but there are motors with different parameters. Can I use different motors in the 3dof platform? Or pick up all 4 motors and build a 4dof platform?

Do you know the final gear ratio?

They seem like they are plenty powerful, particularly the first one.

Should they be considered as a purchase? The price for all 4 motors is 140usd. What is the maximum allowable speed should be at the output from the gearboxes?

On the first engines, the output speed is 90-100 rpm. The seller does not know, he sent me a video of the work and I counted about by eye)))

90-100 rpm is plenty fast enough for good motion.

Can I use these motors? Or is it excess power? Do I need to look for a third one, or can I use 2 600w motors and 2 500w motors in one platform? I'm still confused by the number of amps 33, I need to find a suitable driver.

Yes you would need a suitable driver, something like Sabertooth.

They are a bit excessive for say a basic 2DOF, but it really depends on what you plan to build.

use wheel chair motors with a gear ratio between 25:1 and 50:1

When purchasing these motors, the manufacture of 2dof is not considered. If I take them only under 3 or 4dof platform. I have the ability to use a milling machine to make any aluminum parts for such a platform.
I have the only thing that caused doubt is that the motors are of different power, 2 motors at 600 watts and 2 motors at 500 watts and they have different speeds. Another problem with the sabertooth driver. We have a problem with ebay and amazon orders. I can only buy them on Aliexpress, but there are no Chinese drivers. And Chinese drivers may not be able to withstand such a load. If you know proven drivers that can be used instead of sabertooth, please tell me.

If on such a platform install a 500-watt motor in the front, and put 600-watt motors in the back?
