    Hi,
I know original Tritex actuators were discussed here, but Exlar released Tritex 2, AC powered with integrated drive.
It looks like it will be a matter of writing new hardware plugin only to get them to work.
I dont have a knowledge nor experience with this kind of equipment and programming. Can someone confirm this please?
Here is a link to actuators:

    Thnx

    Correct:

They have an RS485 MOdBus capble input. Almost any device is X-Sim comjpatible given that a plugin is developed. The real question is the price:performance ratio. Most actuators don't have a price:performance ratio that makes them worthwhile for the DIY community to invest time in a plugin.

Have you seen the prices yet?

I know these are couple grand each but desire of having 'force dynamics like' simulator is stronger :D
With 2K a piece these should have same price:performance ratio as SCN5's ;)
I will try to contact Exlar and get some ball park figures.
    Specs are available here:

Second that! They can have the best actuators in the world, but who is able to afford them?
