tuning center problems

    Hi guys,
    I'm facing this issue i really cannot figure it out since last friday.
    My 3 DOF dosen't move anymore (it worked since last october) , the system is made with SCN6 actuators from Mirai and we use RS485 to USB converter to go to the PC.
    After several test I find a strange behaviour in tuning center, when game (I use AC but have same problems with Iracing just to know) is connected , game engine says "game running", tuning center's green area gives me 0 in all the channels. AC SimTools.jpg
    Also if I try to capture min and max, I'm able to select a different game from the bar, I knwo it should be locked whem capture is running. 3a.png
    I tested 4 pc with windows 8.1 and give me the same problem, now I'm trying a win7 PC laptop and it works, is it related to the OS? I find it strange because as I said it worked since october 2015.
    I tried to patch the game several times and all of them patch was correctly installed same asthe plugin.

    Please post large images as thumbnails, not full size, otherwise it crashes the page loading for anyone on a slow net connection, like myself.

    SimTools works on XP through to Windows 10, it is not an OS issue.

    I really do not understand your Axis Allocations, can you please include some details and photos as to how your 3DOF is configured.

    Hi, thanks for your answer, ok I'll post thumbnails next time.
    regarding the simulator, in my opinion point is not on the actuators layout (my simulator has got a very unusual layout), the main point is why game input data is flat out while AC or Iracing are running while it should show inputs.
    I'm facing this problem since last friday and it never occourred before, that made me thought to an OS update but I agree with you because I just tried with the 6th pc with win7 and it doesn't work either.
    the only one that works is an old laptop i configured just to try...

    You will not get game input data if there is a hardware issue or settings misconfiguration.

    Does it work in Output Testing?

    If it magically works on one computer look for obvious things such as USB issues or something that can interfere with program access like real time protection systems.

    ok, clear.
    Output testing works great, same axis calibration both works on all pc I tested.
    reading your post I fount the problem...
    missconfiguration between the PC I used for test.
    The only one was working has got Axis 1 on axis assignment related to interface 1, all the others misses this match.
    NOW IT WORKS mate!
