    Hi
I present my project simulator 5 DOF.
This project is inspired by the Force Dynamics 401 CR
    3 DOF + a 360 ° rotation non stop +
1 DOF for longitudinal acceleration with a harness.

however, I do not like to copy. I modified the basic concept to simplify the manufacturing process.
"Dynamic Force" uses cylinders with a rod up and down.

cylinders must move sideways to change the width.
because the diagonal is larger, follow the moiuvement the cylinders are hinged at their base.

In my case, for simplicity, the rods are fixed and the cylinder does not rise, this is the nacelle that rides on the fixed rod.

But the diagonal is longer, so I draw this concept with movable rods onto the platform, it allows lateral movements.

it is difficult to explain the concept in English!
    I do not speak well.

    I post all the videos.
from plans out of my imagination, through the model, and the realization steel finished soon

This latest video is the current job.
I will use my current 2 AC motors.
I have 2 other engines on order, one for the 3 rd axis and one for the 360 ° rotation
the control board will be the last card AMC Thanos.

then it will remain the engine harness, but I'll wait, the budget for thisyear is empty ... I think.

do not hesitate to ask questions and make comments

    I gladly answer your questions;)

    Realy nice concept !

What about a servomotor + helicoidal stem like this :

    ... on your 3 vertical axis ?

the price is the main reason.
then in my concept, this is the platform that slides on the rods and not the rods that come out.

    oh ...
I do not want to promote a particular software ....
    I'm cool!

    I registered a long time! 2007?
I made a pneumlatique simulator, then I made another simulator with AC motor.
I was the first to have AC motors.
I started with xsim, I have continued with.

But I want to try your soft. I want to test it to compare.

I did not understand the reason and your anger you ....
I'm just passionate and I have no arguments for take position.

I'm here to share my work and my passion.

I am also sharing other reconnaisant . T anks to xsim I'm here and thanks to you too !, I respect 2.

as I did not understand the change and separation, I stayed on the xsim forum.

But I saw it not long ago that my work was still here, so I reconnected.
I did not have a username and password.

    oh...

    Hello Riton
As always, you do great work and very clean with plenty of inventive your last project I like!:thumbs I have so many questions to ask but I want to see your finished work and then leave with the domande.Per meantime I wish you a good job

Since there are ... I wanted to say a few words to what was said before.

All we used x-sim until recently ago .... including myself and many others ... so do not worry ... and I think there is nothing wrong to try other software such as Simtools .... How for example windows and linux or mac or the tomtom and Sygic, etc. .. etc. .. only after having tested one can decide which is better for lui....Comunque x-sim and both xsimulator are 2 community made up of great people who thank you very much.;)

Excuse me but it was my duty to say this.

Hey @riton , no problem to mention the X-SIM software. Its no secret that x-sim was the first motion simulator software and a milestone in motion simulation for private DIY purposes. So we will not forget that. People on XSimulator.de are free to try out and use every motion simulator software they like to.
We also do not say our software is better or others are worse. Every motion simulator software has their adjustment of value and market and people should be free to use the software which fits best to their needs.
So thanks for showing your project here as well as on the x-sim.de website:cheers
I do not read on x-sim.de but i assume they are also open-minded as we are and probably SimTools projects can be found there, too.
Of course we all here like to see your machine running with SimTools. So if you ever find some time to migrate you simulator we appreciate if you post the results here.
That helps us enormously to improve SimTools.

Just for the sake of completeness (as far as i know)

    testing load compensating.
I imagined this solution to save the engines, or rather
make a saving in engine power.

this weight will be replaced by a spring.

    very little news

I received my 2 engines missing.
    for a 3 rd axes 30 rpm
and another more powerful for rotaion 360 non stop with its drive

I'll use the other 2 engine
    my current simulator.

2 short videos of the development.

I'll have to make small modification.
I missed an important point on the wooden model.

moving on my shaft translation was not symmetrical.
it is now set to the 2 nd video
