URGENT HELP PLEASE HELP

    I want to know a solution for 4d/5d cinema motion and show control. following are the details of my system.

    The valves are controlled digitally by pwm signal and they are taking back signal reference from the linear motion transducers through analog signals for the cylinder position.
    All the other effects are controlled through digital signal.


    we need these numbers of ports to control our hardware.

    48 PWM output ports to connect the valves/cylinder.
    24 Analog Input ports to connect the linear transducer to track back reference signal. supply 0-10v.
    12 digital output ports for various other effects.( snow, smoke, water, back, air spray and etc.)

    Proportional Valve 5/3 ,mid position closed ,hydraulic actuated,320 bar ,flow rate 30l/minute, but in this operation,actuated by air at 6 bar,flow rate 1200 L/Minute.
    3 proportional valves mounted on a manifold. Inlet port 3/8 and individual port ¼, Tubing 10 mm .
