Hi, Im a complete newbie to this. Although the hardware set-up doesn't worry me, pedals, wheel etc, the idea of setting up the software etc on a motion rig does a little (slight technophobe!)

Im drawn towards the Vesaro motion rigs due to their clean looks and ease of install, but are the costs really justified for the convenience factor? What Im asking I guess, would a DOF reality P6 rig with DD etc give me a better result?

As far as I am aware the Vesaro does not use SimTools, so it is limited to whatever games it does support.

To get the best out of any motion platform requires some tweaking of motion profiles.

    Vesaro uses D-box.
You can buy yourself a set of d-box 3250i plus p1 sim lab cockpit for less than half the price of the Vesaro. Vesaro way way over-priced.

I know, it was just the convenience factor and aesthetics of the Vesaro! Im glad I joined this forum now as I didn't realise there were so many motion rigs available.

Im now looking at either the DOF Reality P6 or the Pro-Simu 3M or maybe the 5M.
