I found this today and thought you guys might be interested. I have no affiliation but I’m pretty sure I spot @Thanos' AMC 1280 USB in there. I had seen the concept animated video some time back but not any of the prototype videos or the 6 dof base. That is beauty.

This first video is kind of a recent demo that shows more what they are going for in the experience, and the second video has a number of shots that show more of the layout and mechanism. I’m not sure if the 6 dof is what they are using or not but think it is. It’s way cool!

They needed an assembled platform for they prototype for faster development so they got the one from motionsystems.eu. Currently they use the AMC1280USB for force feedback resistance on their pedals and force feedback steering and fan for simulating air flow.

These functions are using the extra 3 channels of AMC1280USB v2.3, they plan to use custom built 6dof platform later and use also the first six channels of the controller for the 6dof.

I believe they will end up using the new AC version of clearpath motors.

The great improvement is that they provide 2-3 times more torque and you don't need the power supply anymore, they get power from 110v or 220v and the larger models have 56C face that can be mounted to normal industrial worm gearboxes for 6DOF platform.

@Thanos - do you know if this is still a business working on a product? I was going to show this all to a relative but don’t find much new.
