    Hi,

I am planning to buy a new PC shortly. In order to move my motion setup to the new machine, what is the easiest way? What can I copy over to the new installation, and what parts of the setup would I have to repeat manually.

    Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you. I suppose I would have to set up the assignments from scratch though, or is there some kind of ID for the actuators that is stored in the settings?

The backup will store all current Interface, Axis Assignment and Game Manager profiles.

Ok. That sounds fantastic. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Depending on your hardware you may need to check the Interface Settings, as a different port could be allocated. The rest should be fine.

You also have a limited number of SimTools registrations, so just go ahead and re-register your SimTools install when you do it.
