Could someone tell me why my motors turn when I start a game?
When I start PCars My axis's both move to almost max and when I shut it down the chair goes back to normal.
I have my axis limiting set to 80%
and the Dof's set to no more than 60%

There are sections in the Interface Settings of the SimTools Game Engine to set Startup and Shutdown options.

What you have for all your other settings can influence how the sim reacts when initialised.

Best to post screenshots of all your setting.

Here is mine for JRK's. Any thoughts? I assumed the jump was good and I knew I had all my software running and connected.

Sorry I have no idea how it stopped but I shut down the computer for the night and in the morning everything worked fine. I think it was the game. As i was setting it up I would close out of Project cars using the red x in the corner. I think the seat alignment was remembered by the game and when I loaded it again it would go back to its angle. After a reset it wrked fine.
