    3DOF
    Hello everybody
Here I want to show you my Project. I am still working on it because I have had several problems with some pieces of the cockpit, this hapens when one supposes some dimensions of the cockpit and after start working you realize that I am wrong :(:(:(.
But lets start at the beginning. After thing about it I decided to make my cockpit with aluminiun profile 45x45 because I didn´t have to do welds and If i have to modify the dimensions of any piece, for example, cut one of them, I will be able do easily.
The arm for the screens are not ok yet, and I have had some problems with the Wheel base and for that reason I am making this first test with an old Wheel that I had.:confused:

I have added to this Project two speaker for the vibe system, tring to emulate the feeling that you can have from the left and right side of the car, for that reason each speaker is installed on each side of the seat.

About the motion, I chose a 3DOF with a heaven motion (base in the information of momoclic). I am still working on it. Testing the systen, dimensions, setup the simtools and so on.

    Hello

I am going to add more information about my Project.

The design was made with May-Cad. This was very helpfull because I am not very good with the Cad and with this program was very easy to make the design and see what I need for my cockpit (connectors, length of the pieces, total weight,…..). At the end with this progam I get a breakdown of the cockpit to order it easily (in my case I did it in Motedis).

I have to recognize that I had to buy other components in the hardware store, for example the 3 plates that are supporting the motor gear over the profile, other to support the potenciometer and its Wheel.

About the electronic system for the motion this was made with arduino micro genuine and two sabertooth 2x32A following the instrucción of @momoclic and @Wanegain

About the three worm motor gear, are 350 w, 60 rpm and 40Nm.

About the vibe system, my first idea it was use it with simvibe, but in the future if simtool will be able to support it, I´ll change to it.

I bouth the shaker Bass in ebay (http://www.ebay.es/itm/291937920788?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT)
