Thats a really nice unit you got! Looks really pro! Congratz!
I really like the chromed gearbox support! :thumbs
Add some surge for gear change and it would be a lot better!

Yeah, chromed gearbox is from a previous static rig - australian vr3, since ot comes with seat install we decide to keep it for a while.
Surge will definitely be adjusted, as well as heave.
And the pro looking is because of making it by a pro:D

Yeah I'd checked the link after posting :p
Anyway, great price also, my only concern is if it is using Simtools without paying any royalties to creators...

Yes, the seller is a pro making bucks out of Simtools, cause without it there's no Dynamic kit...

If you are operating commercially, have explicitly been refused commercial licencing, then yes you should have refused a commercial arrangement if that is what this was.

As far as I know, @Radioproffi gets a small fee for welding and creating the frame - this is a hard job, no doubts, and I guess it deserves to be payed.

I imagine that there are plenty of people using full or partially built commercial rigs/components with SimTools, how would you stop them? As long as the company does not specifically advertise SimTools on their site without permission then they have done nothing wrong. Eg A owner of this rig could also chose to run it on other motion software. The company should although not be advertising their product on this site without permission.

Developing and supporting SimTools and game motion plugins is highly specialized. Commercially exploiting the generosity of @yobuddy, the plugin developers and all who contribute to supporting SimTools for DIY builders, particularly when told not to, is not only disrespectful to those who have made SimTools available to DIY builders for free, it can only result in greater restrictions in the future regarding the use of SimTools and potentially discourage ongoing contributions.

Commercial operators claiming game motion support which they are unable to provide, and which is only available via SimTools, is called false advertising, for which they can be held to account by their customers and others depending on the legal jurisdiction: http://dynkit.com/en/games

I consider @yobuddy should be commended for planning changes and controls to appropriately support those with commercial rigs in the next SimTools release: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/question-about-heave.7246/#post-84962

This is also a clear indication that this seller has outright intentions of defrauding since he has been told from the start that he is not authorized to use simtools with his product without providing a commercial license which is not available yet! I ask this seller, “What is your purpose for claiming support for titles that can only be provided via simtools when you are not authorized to supply simtools to your customers?” The only logical answer is you wish to hopefully sell more of your product by listing the additional titles. That constitutes indirect profiting from simtools, which is a clear violation of the, “Not for Commercial Use” license imo.

He also includes a link to this website on his website. Why is this done when there is no way for his customers to purchase the required commercial license themselves right now either unless his attitude is, “I don’t give a f*&k I’m a fraud and a crook!”

Originally he said that permission was not granted to link to SimTools at this time (wait for V2) and he would abide with that request, looks like that is not the case .
