    Move the slider to see the SimTools \ output testing \ Virtual Interface,
    But SimTools not connect SketchUp 8 (already installed "rubyinstaller-1.8.7-p302, exe" \\\\ socket.so \\\\ Wackelstuhl.rb)
    I guess might be "Ruby187" cause can not be connected.
    Because I did not find "Ruby186" installation package.

    Hello noorbeast, thank you for your reply!
    Sorry it back to you, before the file is too simple, so I re-create the file and upload.
    • Windows8.1 x64
    • I've installed the correct version (Google sketchup WZH_8.0.16846.0.exe; rubyinstaller-1.8.6-p398.exe; SketchyPhysics3.2-Dec2.exe).
    • And copy files (socket.so, Wackelstuhl.rb) to (D: \ soft \ Google \ Google SketchUp 8 \ Plugins)
    but SimTools not properly connected with SketchUp SimTools. Whenever SimTools GameEngine \ Output Testing, SketchUp after the play button is pressed, the model disappeared. (Using file Wackelstuhl)

    To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
    application or computer (machine.config) must have the
    jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
    The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.

    For example:

    <configuration>
        <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>

    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

    All of those software components are pretty old now, so it may be a compatibility issue. @value1 wrote the Sketchup tutorial so perhaps can shed some light on why the model disappears.

    What version of Windows are you using and is it X86 or X64?

    I had the same problem with sketchup 8. If you have 64 bit installed use a 32bit sketchup 2015 installation, because a 64bit does not recognize the plugin file sketchy physics. Download latest version of sketchy physics change zip file to rbz. Open google sketchup go to window - preferences - extansions - install exstansions open sketchy physics.rbz file. The plugin folder is in a different diractory. User/appdata/roaming/sketchup 2015 put your wackelstuhl files in it. And go!!

    Two directory has copies of these two documents(Wackelstuhl.rb,socket.so).
    C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2014\SketchUp\Plugins (SketchUp2014 legacy installation folder. If you installed SketchUp8 do not have this folder)
    D:\soft\Google\Google SketchUp 8\Plugins
    --------------------
    Probably because it does not support win8.1 x64. SteVoortwis you use win8.1 x64?

    I am using Win7 x64. I would suggest to use the latest Sketchup version and remove the old one. And use only the folder as i said before. The new version you don't need to install ruby. The newest version of Ruby is implemented in the latest sketchup.
