You buy a package and pay 10 coins separate for each plugin. Maybe error and omissions in the write-off coin. You can buy plugin on credit.

When you invest 250 forum coins you can download as many plugins as you want for a week. Downloading documents are the thing that cost an extra 10 coins.

@Pixello - If you research your sim building, read posts and ask questions you will be well into the upper hundreds of coins before you your first item arrives from Ebay. :D

Personally, I like the coin system - Keeps people "serious" about getting involved in what is a very active community of Sim builders and DIY inventors. :thumbs

Agreed. Getting coins happens very quickly. I too think it's a great system to keep people active.

And if you choose not to participate you still have the option of buying access with real money, so plenty of choices to suit individual circumstances and preferences.

@lioxacydak1 have you got a simulator or model to run the plugin on? If so start your own project thread and I will happily give you the coins to start experimenting with SimTools and plugins.

    Hi @sebastien
I have a test account with normal user access levels. This account I sont use too often.
After reading your post, I logged in under this test account and clicked all the unread messages.
Immediately this rewarded me with 203 coins.
With the few additional coins I already had, I bought a 1-month access and now I can download as many (I think it's over 70 currently) as I want.
There's no need to pay €117 – do the same yourself and be a little patient. You will gain the 250 coins in no time.
