you dont unzip the files and do them 1 by 1. You copy the complete zip directly over the plugin updater

Just go to c:\user\blah\appdata\local\simtools\plugins and delete the iracing.dll then reinstall plugin as per normal

I deleted the file call iRacing_Plugin.dll then open iRacing and when ahead to a track tested a car and still the simulation is behaving the same, I am now thinking that the issue is not in SimTools! it may be in the iRacing updates! I did a large updates from iRacing, I will call iRacing and ask them if I can Rollback or uninstalled the updates.

Let me know if there is anything else I can try?

here is the location of the file:

The new update allows you to choose to run in either DX9 or DX11 (which the new update added) Try to run it in DX9 and see if motion works.

Value1 released an updated plugin for the DX11 version of iRacing as well so you might try that also.

Did you remember to unpatch and repatch the game in game manager as well?

Everything I have mentioned is found further back in this thread, mention by several members.

EDIT: And why are you awake at 5:30 AM?!! :D

Actually I been up since 4:AM getting ready to go to work :)

Regarding the Plugin patch Yes! I did re-patched with the old Zip from November of last year.

Question: I still do not know where in iRacing website I have the option of DX9 or DX11? what I normally do is I go to www.iracing.com and login select my car select my track and start racing, so the question is am I launching iRacing from the wrong location? should I be launcing from a shortcut?

The patching process is in the game manager. What you are describing is the plugin installation process. After you install the new plugin you also have to unpatch and repatch the game via the game manager.

When you install a new version of a plugin it prompts you saying that the min/max file already exists, do you want to overwrite it?

You must have clicked yes and it overwrote your old min/max file so it overwrote it with the default min/max.

Never time if you want to keep your old min/max then click no to the question about overwriting the min/max files.

The default min/max files are set really tame so it doesn't thro you out of the seat when you first start up the game. You always need to tune the min/max

This may be a little off-topic.. if any complaints I'll remove it. This shows what a difference motion made in my iRacing. Before I was a mediocre racer at best. This is the Mazda Cup on the laguna seca track racing in my sim rig - G27 wheel. I really like this track as you can feel the elevations and the car. I'm the yellow/black MX5.

    Hope you enjoy..

I am not sure I understand your question but have donated some coins so you can update your plugin. Then perhaps you can clarify, use a screenshot if that helps.

Ho hoping you can point me in the right direction. I have downloaded the plugin, thanks to @Historiker for the donation. I have installed the plugin by dragging it to the update manager. I patched the game and I am still not getting game dash data. When I load game dash and select the plugin, the titles do not change see screenshot below.

    upload_2016-5-14_8-18-24.png

I built http://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/simple-dash-on-arduino-lcd-with-gamedash.7029/ but can't get the data onto the screen. I think its at the plugin area where its breaking down but not sure.
