    This looks fantastic, awesome job!

How much weight can the platform hold?

    Hi @Slider

Also the buildup (all components on the moveable swashplate) weights about 30kg and an additional 100kg payload is no problem, already tested :). I can imagine that the maximum payload could be about 150kg.
The motors with 490W each are definitely strong enough.

From what i can see, You dont have much weight on the motors. Having a slightly rear biased balance point will help eliminate the backlash you might be feeling in motion.

I have 6dof, so I do not think moving backwards will solve the problem.

I mostly feel it at sharp reverses, when everything starts to rattle quite a bit

Ah ok, that renders my point moot, Totally different balance point and how the gears are reacting to the motion ques. Sorry, carry on.

fwiw my tip works a treat on 2dof seat movers. ;)

Friend please tell me your engine settings on the actuators and their power as rpm and torque retention. Thank you .

What a great project... I'm excited to build one myself. I wonder how much this will cost & what tools are required ?

Looking forward to see your actuator up and running @kermitkong ! Maybe it is time to make your own thread? Would be better to keep actuators info organized.
