If it is a purchased license then @yobuddy will likely have to look into it.

Give him some time, as I know he just crawled off to grab some sleep after the frenetic 2.0 launch.

Go to purchasing SimTools and press Buy Now ...

In the next page , insert the "Discount code" you've got in the mail and press "Apply" then it will cover your payment ...

    Untitled.jpg

and get you a "second bigger licence number" for Free DIYers :thumbs ...

That can be copied and past in the SimTools licence checking and activation ...

[ found in the start menu SimTools ]
Make sure to Exit the "Game Engine" & "Game Manager" .

    vsp19.

Yeah, but that filter tutorial is for version 1.3.
In 2.0 there are a bit different, and smoothing
    not working, unfortunatelly....

    Cheers,
    George

Smoothing works.... How are you attempting to adjust and use it. It is much less pronounced than before. Use the main slider in the engineEDIT: GAME MANAGER/profile editor for overall smoothing.

So i upgraded too to the newer version of SimTools v2
setting up the Arduino 2 axis Servo model but to me DOF output not working just only the Axis movements witch is very odd

Interface output : L<Axis1a>~ R<Axis2a>~ F<Axis3a>~ other paremeters do not work

    Bruce,

in the engine there is no profile editor (or maybe I miss something). in the manager there is, if u mean that. Only the
main level % effects some 'smoothing-like' thing, but I have to set it near to zero.
I don't think that 'main level slider' has to mean smoothing?
Isn't it has to mean the main level of the connected 'plugin' or the plugin's global level?

But back to the filter smoothing in game engine. That slider 'smoothing' doesn't effect anything at me.
I tried with '0' and after '100' - nothing changes. It looks like an unconnected slider at me.
At you is it effect anything guys????

    Cheers

Not so much ... SimTools v2.0 just GOT BIGGER ... with a two sets of axes a & b that could be associated with up to 6 interfaces where could have three motors for each one [If you use the SMC3 Arduino Code as Example ]

Unfortunately you have to write down and build the new profile from scratch as for the reasons above ... but the same Idea if you ignore the additional multiple axis option .

For not being confused with output-testing ... make sure you select the desired output being under test .

    - Are you testing a separate motor Axis in "group a" or "group b " ?
    - Are you testing individually the DOF forces that could affects all motors ?

Game Engine Filters are separately used for each additional force that could be added or mixed for each axis ...
