    Certainly looks to me to be an issue with the Roll Calculation on the Quaternion telemetry data.
    See the top roll data when the roller coaster is going through a flat loop - it does a 360 roll o_O. FI. Note the Extra 2 Roll with my changes and how it now limits the snap change to the other side. I will work on this once I return from holidays.

    Hi everyone. So I successfully set everything up, no issues. One question though. At the beginning of each ride you basically go up in before the first drop propelled by a chain or some other means. I would expect this potion of the ride to be a lot more "bumpy" if you know what I mean. Mine just pitches back a little with no other motion. I tried adjusting heave min/max and % but that didn't help. Am I missing something, or is this just how the software is written. Thnk you.

    @reko19 ,
    I would too, but we are riding the direct data output from the game, so it must have been a lazy week at work for the game programmers. lol

    So I was able to work out the changes required to the Quaternion Roll Calculation to get rid of the snap roll at the top of a loop - see video below. There is still a small amount of roll seen in the video below, but that is to be expected as it is not a perfectly vertical loop. As a bonus the change in math also remove the 0 to 360 transition issue as well without the extra math/code that I originally did for that :). Will do some more testing on different roller coasters to see if everything is stable.

    Unfortunately each rollercoaster is not laser scanned like some modern racetracks, its just a simple asset built representation, so the tracks tend to be almost perfectly smooth including most transitions. I therefore use a ButtKicker mounted to a bonded post on the seat to impart some of the missing feedback via the sound track. Certainly adds to the immersion.

    Ok, just too busy - here it is - any problems leave feedback. You will want to use Extra 1 for pitch and Roll or Extra 2 for roll. Note my Tuning Centre settings from the above video for a starting point. Have fun :). Edit : for some reason you will need to extract the files and drop them as a group into the plug-in updater - why? I don't have the time to investigate (I'm sure there is a reason)...

    I was able to do some real tests in my sim tonight and while the roll now feels basically OK, the pitch just feels wrong. I have not touched the base calculation for pitch, so I decided to graph the data while it went through a straight loop... - well basically it does not feel too bad pulling into the loop (although the data shows it is half of what it should be) - it also feels odd pulling out although the data seems more correct at vertical. I going to see if I can fix it - just need to find some time :rolleyes:.

    Found some time tonight :) - all fixed - needed completely new math for Pitch, which now tracks what you see in the sim - works great - tested on nearly all the roller coasters in No Limits 2. it was a pleasure to ride, with what I was seeing now completely matched to how the sim was moving :D. New Plugin attached - Note you have to extract the three files into a folder and then grab the three files and drop them as one into the Plugin Updater - if you have used No Limits 2 before, then that is all you need to do. Note my setup in the video above for initial settings. Update: Note that I have simplified the plugin so there is no need for Extra1,2 or 3.

    Have fun.

    I understand it right, first I come with the main plugin, then I insert the 380 fix after the picth_roll fix? Or do you just need the picth_roll fix?

    @Joao Neto,
    Just download and install @SeatTime 's No Limits 2 plugin above, and your golden.
    No need to install the original plugin first buddy.

    @yobuddy, When I just install it it does not seem like the option of selecting it in the simtools profile.

    @Joao Neto,
    There is a couple of thing that could be happening.

    One could be that SimTools 2.1 needs to be registered to show more game plugins other than Live for Speed. (does it say demo in the upper right corner of Game Manager?)

    The other could be that your using SimTools 1.3, and this is a 2.0 and above game plugin?

    Remember thou, if your building a DIY Simulator, you can request a free DIY license here buddy.

    Take care!

    @yobuddy, I have the key, and it is the simtools 2.1, but after I installed the original plugin appeared, then I added the seattime, apparently it is working. I'll do more tests here, thanks.

    The new plugin replaces the old one, so you will not see two of them if you are expecting too.
    I know we will get it running for you !
