Now that water cooling is an interesting adaptation for the JRKs, nice job :thumbs

That's awesome. I was actually thinking of doing that a while ago using northbridge waterblocks but I put it in the too hard basket.

My settings are located here, BUT i run a Small Mige, you have a lenze, not sure how relative the setups are, but i can see a few thing's right off the bat you need to adjust in some of the fault limits. FOV and FUV look odd.

as i said your FOV and FUV look very low for some reason, But again having ZERO experience with your motor, Im not sure what the exact problem is. the Stepping effect likely has to do with all the effects your running in MMO's, Turn off ALL the effects except for a little spring if you want to use my little centering trick.

I Highly suggest getting on the Iracing forum or Contacting a Builder of DD's that might be able to provide a base setup for the AKM

PS DO NOT use my setting's for your Machine tab setting's, Motor's are very specific to what they need.

The only thing that has changed since the pics i linked you here is that I have dropped the Desktop effect of Damper and gone to the Spring i mentioned above, 6% Spring 30% Sat on DESKTOP effect.

    @Milton
I know you posted your settings and datasheet a few months ago and may have corrected settings.
Have you correctly input your motor data in granity? The pics of your settings above don't agree with the motor datasheet.
[MPC] should be 10 poles, datasheet says 5 pole pairs.
[MCC] continuous current 4.77A from datasheet.
[MCP] peak current 14.3A from ds
    [MR] coil resistance 3.75 ohm
    [ML] coil inductance 21 mh
[MTC] 1680 sec, 28min from ds
[FBR] 2048 ppr from your part number pic.
[MMS] I don't know what to set this as. At only 24v bus voltage with a motor rated at 640vdc@2400rpm you are going to be around 100-150rpm max
This is most likely why your motor stutters because 24v is only just enough to overcome motor friction. You may need to go to 48vdc or more to get fluid movement.
The mige is rated at 220vac which is about 310vdc your danaher motor if rated for 440vac ~620vdc

l gotta go, arriving at job site now.
