    Well Done! Excellent job!

I may try building an aluminum profile frame structure very similar to yours, could you please send some technical details ?

I found a company on internet that actually assembles the aluminion structure the way you ask for.

Blz Haraguchi. Concluiu seu projeto? Eu estou iniciando o meu. Estou pesquisando os motores que posso usar, pq meu hard é um pouco mais pesado que esse playseat e vi que vc relatou problemas na diferença de peso entre vc e sua filha.

Hi,. Sorry. Replying your msg with question in english too:

Hi Haraguchi. Did you complete your project? I'm starting mine. I am researching the engines that I can use, because my hard is a little heavier than this playseat and I saw that you reported problems in the weight difference between you and your daughter.

What is your project proposal? 2 or 3dof?
Which controller card will you use?

    Qual é a proposta do teu projeto ? 2 ou 3dof ?
Qual placa controladora você irá usar ?

    Good afternoon sirs !
I've been away from the forum, working offshores, so it's hard to participate.
Well I made some changes, mainly due to the heating of the engines. The heating was due to poor design I made. I had to study levers (Newton's laws). After some adjustments and with the help of this program (https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...e-linear-speed-and-forces-of-your-design.270/)
I came in the model below.
Maybe the aesthetics did not look so beautiful, but now the engines work pretty cool!

    Then I'll make aesthetic changes.

I was looking at your design, the potentiometer part, you get 180 degrees? Could you tell me what potentiometers you used?

    Thank you.

    Hi man.
I'm using a linear 10k cheaper and simple potentiometer.
I have used a precision model, but it dont works well.

    Fala haraguchi.

    Hi haraguchi.

I'm a fan of your project.
I'm buying the pieces to make one but I wanted to tilt 30 degrees on the roll. Do you think I can do it with these motors?
I ask this because you already had heating problem with them ...
I saw designs with 500w windshield wiper motors that seemed to tilt even more than yours. they are much cheaper, it is strange because yours engines seem to be much stronger.

    many thanks.
