Being that this is a memory hook plugin (that breaks with most update) its better to stick with a older game.
Or it just gets broken all the time with updates.
(flat-out has no real telemetry API is the problem)
    Take care,

You need to provide way more information.

Is there telemetry data in the Tuning Center?

Did the game patch ok and does the game show as connected (top right colored box) in Game Manager when Flatout 2 is running?

It is working fine, but you need to refine your motion profile, in particular capture Max/Min values in the Tuning Center, as the defaults are way too big, see here for tips: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

The motion profile defaults might not be too bad. Using only forces (pitch & roll) in axis assignments that the plugin doesn't provide seems to be the problem here.

Following the tips in the link provided will correct both the Axis Allocations and Tuning Center values, as both are way off.
