Really nice build. I think you will be my inspiration for my build.

Are you still running the motors on a car battery?

Thanks for taking a look and I hope the design helps. It's been solid for a year now. I am still using the truck battery 850cca. It's been flawless. I run the wind sim off it too.. I did a video last night that really shows off the traction loss and performance..

Just a little question, on your first test video, I hear a squeeking noise. Is that from the motors or the rig it self?

Yeah.. That was the seat, and the bolts that hold it side to side.. I put some oil on it and the weird squeeking went away.. Although it came back in my latest video, which means I need to oil them again. I got about 3-400 hrs in it (and it's in my garage) so... Hope you take a look at my channel.. lot more live video there.. DMAX

I think your work is very cool. The bucket seat and the four-point belt seem to hold the body steadily.

Hi, On the motors connected to the seat frame CTC is 4".. On the Traction Loss arm it's 5".. The traction loss arm could be a bit longer as I fall a few inches short of capability of the bottom frame. Hope that helps.

Ok, guys.. I bought myself a present.. That shaves about 30 pounds off the inertial weight of the seat. I posted a YT video about it.. Kirkey Aluminum seat .. I will need to modify the seat a bit.. but that's another story.. Take a look if you have time.. DMAX
