    Hi thanks for reply.
I can't capture the game telemetry. But I have that. Is it that you mean ? All work well with V2. I think I made a mistake somewhere.

First, go to interface setup, the interface button in the main menu.
    (Same place you setup motion)
And click the dash button at the bottom left of the page, and setup the dash interface.

Next go to the game you want to enable dash for and setup the interface output.
But now we use the labels show in the gui, so for speed, we use sp1. So interface output = S<sp1>
Use the pencil for speed to add your commands and your golden.

Just so everyone knows, we are working on migrating SimTools.us to a new service.
We have been having problems with our website host for the last 2 weeks, and with them still not knowing what is wrong, it's time to go somewhere else.
We will post a update when the process is completed.
    Take care,
    yobuddy

    Hi,
I installed V3 DIY version, LFS plugin, and set Generic 2d Standard and axis. ...but cant see "Motion inputs".
I tried: defender: 0ff, reinstall with admin rights - but nothing...

I installed V2, set same that in V3, and V2 work perfect and see motion input.

My problem is I want to use race07, but as far as know the Race07 plugin is paid for V2. Its thru?

Can someone any idea for fix V3 ?
    thx.

What interface plugin are you using in v3?

Only Live for Speed is available without a SimTools license.

Use the network plugin maybe, if you want to just see stuff move.
SimTools needs a reason to actually compute the data.

I was using this wind setup with simhub, but same problem here, can't get simtools v3 and simhub to work together.
It's a very simple setup that doesn't require a motor shield, which keeps the price down considerably. Is there anyone that might have the arduino sketch for this setup? So I can use it on simtools v3

Thanks for that, its much appreciated and that's a very kind offer.

I have read lots of information about using port forwarding but I just can't seem to get it right.
Am I correct in thinking f1 2022 uses 20777, and simhub along with simtools also uses 20777.

Therefore I would use the udp porforwarding option in simhub to effectively daisy chain where the telemetry goes from the game. So would I Therefore first run and set simhub udp to 20777 and then click port forwarding to 20778. Then set the f1 22 plugin to 20778 And then run that?
Would I need to do anything else?
Would I also Tick the the box on the arduino section on simhub to stop it from looking at the com port my simulator arduino is on? Or would that stop the process from working?
Sorry if that's all a bit basic but it's very confusing to a newbie, especially when I see f1 22 plugin displayed with all different port numbers being used. 4123 5123 20777 20778 20888. I understand they are just port numbers but it's just not working for me.
If this fails I may well revert to using a monster motor or an adafruit board, but I would like to use the simhub app.
Thanks for your help with all this.

You just set the udp relay for the game you want in simtools to forward the packets to the ip and port of simhub.
    That's it buddy.

I cannot believe how simple that was!!! It worked straight away :grin:grinhug:

I just entered 20778 in the simtools plugin window and manually configured the game in simhub setting that to 20778 and hey pressto! It worked. I was hitting auto configure button! Doh! Oh well, it taught me a lot more about udp and port forwarding.
On to dirt rally 2 next :(
