the two batteries I use are

    12v
    44Ah
    and 420 cranking amps

kept topped up with a 25A 24v power supply

What is the difference between 1800 rpm and 3000 rpm engine and 135 rpm and 75 rpm gearbox?

some motors have different max rpms

the output shaft from the gearbox can have different ratios

the slower the rpm, the slower the speed of the actuator will be

however - the gearbox ratio will affect how much torque the output has

choose the most powerful motor you can get and a gearbox ratio between 50:1 and 30:1

I have done some work on the air bags to create a sustained G affect

its a pnematic cylinder I had laying about that acts in both directions - I will connect it to an actutator soon and get simtools to drive it

another video of the airbag pump

its basically an arduino nano running SMC3 software and a wheelchair motor and gearbox

it uses a lot more current than I expected - the air resists being forced up the small diameter tubes - the big motor does the job forcing the air where it needs to be, a very fast response

you can feel small changes in the force change as the car looses grip - quite a useful addition and adds another feedback to the senses of the driver.

Over time it appears the bags are pumping up and becoming firmer.

The piston seal in the cylinder seems to leak a tiny bit sucking in air on the backstroke.

Simple solution was to fit 2x small pressure relief valves so any pressure above a few psi is blown off

Seems to work really well and ensures the air bags can't be overinflated

hello.. I'm on my 10th project here with motions in Brazil, where I live. I decided to start a new project with wheelchair motors, but it didn't work out initially because the IBT2 bridges didn't support it.. So I found your post here and bought two of those 100A bridges, one for each motor.. However, I don't have the electrical schematic for connecting the Arduino to this 100A H bridge and I didn't quite understand the correspondence between the terminals... Could you share the wiring diagram you used? thanks !!

If i remember correctly It uses a pwm pin and 2 direction pins

the motor driver has a positive and a negative connection - the battery connects there

so the power positive and negative come from psu to battery , and from battery to motor controller?

    No

Wire the battery to the motor controller

Then attach wires from the power supply to the battery - just like a battery charger

Would you provide me a link for buying them there is a lot of cheap copy of them.
Can't find the seller on Ali express
JIE BO technology rf amplifier store.
    Thnx
