    Yes it's adding for sure
I'll post some photos this evening to show you what I mean by reinforced brackets, I can't this morning

So this is the difference I wantd to show you :
    09000001.JPG
The one on the left is the one I used to begin, and you saw the results in the video.
So I found a reinforced bracket (on the right) and used it

And this is how it looks like, now :
    20540005.JPG
    20550006.JPG

I strongly reinforced the fixing of the motors, AND I changed the position of the potentiometers, in order to make them follow the eventual moves of the motors (which I hope not)
The first tests without any charge, seems better than previously, and every changes I made seems to be accurate.
Next test tomorrow, with the seat and the main problem on it : me :D

Looks much better lets hope the problem is solved, if Not i can see one area that could help but would require re drilling or remaking your L brackets you bent up.

Well I hope the strong brackets I put in front of the other one are strong enough, but I'm attentive to everything that can improve the whole thing, so do not hesitate, and thanks in advance.

I also tried to modify one other thing that was quite flexible :

I'll post tomorrow what I've done, it's enough for me today

Oh my, I hope that's a shot of what it looked like Pre modification, as that does not look very sturdy at all. (sorry to say) :blush

This is how it looked like before ;)
But it used to work, although I wonder if it's another cause of the flexibility when working

the only thing that could be wrong is that when on the seat, if we were moving, most of the time , it was rotating (can't remember the exact name)

That sounds like you are describing lateral twist @Cataron, if you mean the seat tries to turn clockwise and anticlockwise around the pivot point when it is in motion.

    That's it noorbeast.
When I disassembled the connecting piece between the seat and the post, it was twisted, think I made the good choice before evrything broke

Well, I was watching this thread as well, I think this will be my future project.
If it works this evening, I will leave it like that for the moment, and maybe in few months, begin another one with 3 or 4dof

I'll put a picture of what I've done, I think it will be enough for now, and, I have to build a structure for my wheel now.
I don't want my wheel and pedals to follow the moves of the seat so I have to imagine a way to fix evertyhing to the bottom plate

That bracket looks a lot more robust than the original @Cataron.

    Good luck with your testing.

Here it is, quite happy with the final result, still some little moves, but nothing really worrying
Some little things annoy me, I have to look after the settings :
Assetto corsa, at the beginning (14s in the video), the left motor moves a little bit, but does not come back to its original position (checked with simtool before)
Pitch ok, but no roll (or very few moves, I barely noticed it)
Nolimit rollercoaster : pitch ok, no roll
I'll try elite when I'll have finished to download the update and put the correct plugin

Previously, the roll effect was ok with elite, so I think it's just a matter of settings (I just started to look at it, and I didn't have much time for it)

Hit up the Nords on AC, that will have a decent amount of Track Roll and pitch.

Looks like you may need some non-slip rubber matting under your sim to help hold it in place on the flloor.
