Hi Foehn and Hi dJuL :)
    by 15 January I will have a t1000 3DOF too!

I am very happy to share together with you virtual driving sensations and simtools settings for various driving games.

I am also very interested about Basspump adding to your dynamic system.
You tell me what type of Basspump you purchased, which amplifier and what software you used to configure all?

@noorbeast, Regarding the percentage allocation per axis, it's for jrk or also for the SNC ? Thanks

The total axis percentage total should be independent of any particular board or actuator, as it is really about what SimTools can do with the allocation. Some including myself go a little over 100% in some circumstances, but generally the 100% total really should be the ideal target.

    Maybe you're right, in theory...
Personally I already try lower values and I don't like.
I've just tried again to divide by 2 my values to reach a 130% total, and I don't like the result.
    It's too smooth...
    There is a big difference.
Time reaction of SNC are really quick, maybe it's why it's possible to have big %
Also I think it's pretty rare (except in a big crash of course) to have all forces at the same time, so the total % in real gaming is not all the axis added.
My goal is to use the T1000 at 100% for feeling, the actuators amplitude is not very big.
If I lower the axis values, not all the amplitude of the front actuators are used, even in a big turn or a big braking...

Foehn have you tried both ? what's your opinion ?

if i understood you right i will try to explain in my words why we always have to use more than 100%.

A car tyre has a certain potential (grip aka gforce) to either brake(accelerate) or turn.
When a tyre performs at 100% braking potential then the tyre cant give the driver 100% of its turning potential.
But it can still turn.(when the wheels are locked the braking potential is lower than maximum).

i hope this explains it better than me

The linear speed of SCNs are not as fast as high powered DC powered rigs.

In many respects Axis allocation % is a bit like clipping in FFB settings, too much and you lose detail.

Setting up a good motion profile is not just about the axis allocation, how the sim responds in terms of speed and responses relates to how the Tuning Center is used.

For a given Axis % raising the Tuning Center value will soften the motion over a greater axis movement, lowering the value will do the reverse. If you are testing by winding up Axis % without modifying Tuning Center values then you re saturating rather than tuning the motion.

    Yep I understand that.
I will try again to go back to 130% and change values in tunning center to see if I manage to have, at least, the same feeling.

    Hello, Regarding the Basspump,

    BassPump

    Crossover

    Ampli
    I re-used the amplificator come from a little sub-woofer

I use them in Serial, one under my seat (directly fixed on it) and the second behind the pedals (mounted on the home made plate and fixed on the thrustmaster pedal)
