If you play with monitor, you need a second soundcard. An Bassshaker with audio amplifier. Or a buttkicker, as a all in one solution.

There are software options like Voicemeter that let you manipulate audio, but to be honest the best solution are ultra cheap USB audio cards from the likes of Ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/392857008108?hash=item5b781a37ec:g:AmoAAOSwv9hW3USI

Use a suitable Amplifier for the transducer specs, personally I use these compact 100w amps from Nobsound, with a 3D printed mount for driving two 50W transducers each: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32949992384.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dWOn7Bf

But there are cheaper options, for example the Wondom 4 x 100 Watt Class D Audio Amplifier: https://www.ebay.com/itm/143317208188?epid=1170283882&hash=item215e5f0c7c:g:ct8AAOSwT75ZlVxu

excuse me @noorbeast have you got links of your transducers?
If i understand correctly, with this mini Usb 3d sound cards you can control the vibrations with game vibe?
I think that ill buy this amplifier, seems good quality, but i hve to buy the source power in the same store separately. Thanks!

Yes I do have 2 Nobsounds for the 4 Dayton's, I have also tested another running the Buttkicker, which it can also drive.

Hello! I have some problems when i try to capture the high/low in the tuning center. I cant edit the numbers or type in the value i want ? Capture High is no problem, but when i capture Low, it also saves the highest captured value in the Low "window" ? I guess you want the lowest value in the Low, and mabye even a bit lower then the lowest captured value.

You can click on the colored box next to the Axis in the Tuning Center to change its mode Green is Balanced so both values are the same, Blue is Capture and Pink is Off and you can even enter different Max/Min values if you want.

I purchased 2 bass shakers and an amplifier and knowing that i have Game Vibe I thought it would be a piece of cake to have it start running. But no.
I am using a usb stero sound card (for headphone) connected to a mono amplifier (Reckhorn) which has 2 shakers serial connected.
In Game Vibe I can select the ""2 USB PnP sound device" and with the audio tester I get the test sound. However if I start AC I get no sound(shake) from the game. Only a very soft rpm sound that is hartly detectable. Messing with the volume in Game Vidbe doesn't do anything. Tuning Center is showing min/max data when I rev the engine for example. SO that looks good. Game is patched.
I tried everything but nothing helps.

Now i found out that not all Simtools versions support Vibe.
I am not sure which version of Simtools I am running, startup screen says: Version 02.4.0 but my download history file says SimTools_v2.4.

    So my question are:
    • Would it be the SimTools version or could it be something else I am missing.
    • If I do an uninstall and install a new version would I delete all my motion settings and patches?
    Thanks, Mark.

The SimTools splash screen shows the version and you should upgrade to the latest version: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/marketplace/motion-simulation-software-simtools.63/

From your description it is not clear if you have fully configured GameVibe, as like creating a motion profile GameVibe needs to have a profile for the vibrations you want to produce for a particular game, please see the manual: https://simtools.us/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/GameVibe_v2.0.zip

Ok thanks! Do I first delete the old version and then re-install new or can i install it on top of the old version?
Ask this because I am afraid to loose my presets.
    Thanks for your support!

Thanks for your help Noorbeast. Apologies for my late reply.
So I got it finally running after the update of Simtools and re-install of Gamevibe.
I tried to run Simvibe without my motion on, and that doesn’t work.Tthis took me a few hours to find out. Gamevibe only seems to work with my actuators powered on. Is this due to the com port error thats generated by Game Engine?
Is there a way to run GameVibe without my actuators on?
Also another thing i noticed is that in tuning centre i sometimes can’t save. And the game name is greyed out in the profile editor.

The button top left corner of Game Manager can be used to turn the actuators off.

what would be the expected feel difference between chassis vibes and road detail. I'm still trying to figure out the fine-tuning for each but I can't really tell the difference between the two

    Have you seen this @Escartiz?
    https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/gamevibe-manual.11358/#post-147079

Chassis can be 3D is the big one here.
    Little more info...
Chassis - can be run in 2D or in 3D when used with multiple transducers.
When in 3D with a 4 transducers setup, each corner plays as a ‘shock’ on the vehicle.
Creating a pretty cool 3D effect thats better to just experience that be told about.

Road Detail - can be used to simulate a nice road noise effect or even to simulate bumps on the road.
(Just depends on how you tune it in the Tuning Center.)

    Take care,
    yobuddy

Hi, afterburners are when the car slides from front or rear?
