2dof simulator

    I think it could be torsional twist, that would make it move side to side too. I need to attach frame to some thick plywood, that will rule out that torsional twist.

    up and down is very little so that can't be noticed when driving...it's more like vibrating. Where should I add cross bracing? Now that I have drive sometime I noticed that the flexin is only when ff is turned very high.

    Without actually seeing it makes it hard to say for sure, so perhaps use some bolt on bits to test bracing ideas, here is one:

    That is just what I was thinking myself but that kind supporting beam will make hard to get in and out of rig...maybe right side that would work. I also have think to add bolted supports to test what would work best so I'm same page with you on that.
