I used to have a kill switch on mine, but as said, it stopped power to the motors out of the JRKS.
If you stop the power going into the jrks, try setting in the error tab "enabled" and apply settings. I think if its enabled and latched it has to be manually reset in utility

    My Motion Simulator:
    2DOF, 3DOF, DC motor, JRK
How i have it wired, which essentially Turns off the PSU's So NO Voltage to JRK. IN Game, Something is wrong, HIT emergency switch, Power goes out, Lever's all drop and thing's can be inspected. If there's nothing wrong. I can re enable the switch and the Motor's Pop back to life as if Nothing happened.

In the JRK config, The only command i have enabled and latched is awaiting command. NO power , Motor driven Error and Invalid Input are all Enabled. Everything else Disabled.
