Hi output testing only looks at default settings not the game profile you are working on so if you make changes to assetto corsa in the game list drop down and save it, it won't work in output testing you need to make changes to the default one in the drop down;)

These are the conventions for which was an axis should move: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/which-way-to-set-simtool-axis-movements.230/

For SimTools 1.3 your total Axis Allocation should be around 100%: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/axis-assignment-percentage-totals.120/

But some allocations will be low, like heave, and other axis Allocations will be way over 20%, like sway and surge.

Creating and refining a motion profile takes time and patients, it seems complicated at first but gets easier with practice: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

Wondering what I can do to improve my motion profile? Axis Assignments are Sway 20%, Surge 30%, Roll 20%, Pitch 25% , Heave 5%. Tuning Center -
    min max
    Roll 5 -5
    Pitch 20 -20
    Heave 1.9 -1.9
    Yaw 179 -179
    Sway 2 -2.1
    Extra 22 -22
I feel the track(bumps) and gear changes pretty good, but doesn't feel like I'm getting enough turn into the corners. Am I right in thinking the axis assignment is the amount of motion used by your motor for that DOF? And the tuning center limits the motion from the game info to the controllers to fine tune the motion? Just trying to better understand so I can dial it in.

About your question: I see you got the total of the axis that's equal to 100%.
That's not a rule, because not all axis work simultaneously. My it's about 115%

If you wanted to feel more the cornering, you could raise the sway% and lower the tuning center values

So, based on what you see.I need to untick the sway and roll (as I think they have to be opposite right and tick the ones I have circled?

Both axis 1 and 2 have to be inverted in sway and roll. so the ones that are checked must be unchecked and vice-versa

Just started over on my motion profile. Started with surge, only one enabled, gear changes feel right but when braking seat tilts back instead of forward. Any suggestions on how to fix?

    Your surge axis is reversed.

If the DIR are unchecked then check them orange, if they are checked then uncheck them, that will reverse the surge axis direction.
