2 dof with ibt 2 and smc 3 problems

    My Motion Simulator:
    2DOF, DC motor, Arduino
    At the 3:16 minute mark of the video, you can see the engine trying to start and immediately the potentiometer readings(green line) go out of range and shut down the engine ( Motor 1 OFF)
    The reasons could be two:
    1. you need to change the places of + and - in the IBT2 terovar at the output of the motor because the direction of rotation does not agree with the direction of rotation of the potentiometer
    2. the ratio between the pinion on the motor axis and the pinion on the potentiometer axis is too large . the safest is 1:1 some use 1:2 , how many teeth you have on the motor axis and how many on the potentiometer axis ,?

    hello received potentiometer teeth it is 20 teeth. The motor's street teeth are about 50 teeth. normally it is liquid which is made expressly for the 2dof simukit.thank you
