    Qual Software você está usando para modelar?

    Boa!

    What software are you using to model? Good! Now you can help better with SimCalc, download it: (https://www.xsimulator.net/community/marketplace/simcalc.184/).
    What you are going to do is the following: you will need the characteristics of your engine and some distances in the structure.
    The distance between the items shown in the SimCalc figure, you can adapt the mounting style of your cockpit. As I did in Solidworks, what I needed was to pull the meter behind the era to the point of the joint to the axis of the motors, in all planes (X, Y, Z) after the same point of the joint as far as to fit the bar that leaves the axis to move around in your cockpit.
    Place everything in meters within the Geometric Information fields. In CTC Parameters, this is where you put the data for your motor lever, which connects the bar, in addition to the maximum angle of movement of the lever and its size in mm.

    I also use solidworks to model.:thumbs
    I will do the calculations as soon as I can.

    Eu também uso o solidworks para modelar.
    Irei fazer os cálculos logo que conseguir.

    Hello Zapata.
    Higher in height? Or did you mean smaller the articulated piece?

    ---

    Olá Zapata.
    Maior em altura? Ou você quis dizer menor a peça articulada?

    Hello.
    I am waiting for engines to continue my tests, but they are taking a long time to arrive due to the current quarantine situation in our country. The electronics are ready.
    The engines chosen are these:

    https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...brazil-projeto-2dof-brasil.14388/#post-193576

    I believe they are sufficient, as I will only move the seat. But I need to do the tests. I bought it before having tips from others here on this forum, but as I had already bought them, now I have to test them. So let's wait.
    I believe it would be more productive to continue here instead of the Whats app, due to the fact that everyone can see, comment and follow our ideas and tests.

    ------

    Electronic progress
    Here I will post all the progress in the electro electronic assembly.

    ------
    Progresso eletrônico
    Aqui postarei todo o progresso na montagem eletro eletrônica.

    #1 Eliminate potentiometer turning stop / Eliminar batente de limitação de giro do potenciômetro

    This allows full and infinite rotation, thus avoiding breakage during tests or system failure.
    Follow the steps:
    -Make marking to know the correct position;
    -Open the set carefully;
    -Locate limiter;
    -Cut limiter;
    - Assemble again.

    ---
    Isso permite o giro total e infinito, evitando assim a quebra durante testes ou falha do sistema.
    Siga os passos:
    -Fazer marcação para saber a posição correta;
    -Abrir o conjunto com cuidado;
    -Localizar limitador;
    -Cortar limitador;
    -Montar novamente.

    Hey man, nice work so far. I am also Brasilian (SP). I am still getting the courage to start my own project, but until there I will study as much as possible here.

    A quick comment, I did not notice any fuse or other safety mode on your electric connection. You can use inside your CPU or outside (on your energy power supply). Just don't forget :)

    Hey, I was taking a look on this video, the engines seems to be similar than the ones you are using here. It should go fine.

    About your power 50A 600W, what are you using here? I found this one but not sure if it is the same.

    Hello Ericson.
    Thanks for the tip, a fuse is of immense importance.
    And yes I am using it, I believe you did not see it, but it is there (yellow piece). I'll start using a 20A
    I hadn't informed him on the electrical parts, but now I did, thanks.
    We exchange ideas.
    Good luck.
    ----
    Olá Ericson.
    Obrigado pela dica, um fusível é sim de imensa importância.
    E sim estou usando, acredito que você não o viu, mas ele está lá (peça amarela).Começarei usando um de 20A.
    Não tinha informado ele nas peças elétricas, mas agora informei, obrigado.
    Vamos trocando idéias.
    Boa sorte.
