Buddy, due to the rail system and not yet working washout I was waiting for a beta version written by yobuddy which he has now ready (SimTools 2 Alpha status). Unfortunately I am extremely busy at the moment for testing with, I have only tomorrow and Saturday, then I am going abroad for a few days, I am back on the festive period and then I will upload any videos. Promise!

wowzers @Pit thats a serious rig :D love it , cant believe how big that beast is and how much movement there is !!

Is the surge and sway fast enough do you get the feeling of it properly ? it does look so smooth though great job :)

I am using the new washout filter, that means a different logarithm as we know without this filter. Without filter the speed is way faster, but it feels not logically because while accelerating the rig goes forward, then goes backward before shifting, then goes forward while accelerating etc. Th new washout filter of SimTools2 works already very well, I have to fiddle out the best settings and this needs time. I'm testing since 3 days only so there is more space for optimization for sure. There are dozens of possibilities, which influence to each other and I have to learn yet.

BTW @SilentChill if you turn off the sway and surge rail system - the rig feels dead - totally dead. It is not the mass of acceleration, it is the fact that the rig is moving - and that fools the brain massively, because we adapt the acceleration by seeing on (in?) the game to the acceleration of the surge of our rig.

Please keep in mind the washout is still in alpha - and my video shows only one kind of settings which is not the final setting for sure. There is pretty more potential and testing and tuning needs a lot of time. :)

FI, After running my 6DOF for about a week now on different games the importance of working washouts is obvious, 6DOF math not so much, as I can get it so close with the current adjustments that it does not matter. Really hanging out for a working washout. Hopefully V2 will hit the streets in the near and not distant future.
