Excellent work, very clean and with few elements, congratulations, a question if you can, but what type of potentiometers are you using? I'm trying with softpots but in addition to wearing out they are also unstable in my opinion.

What an interesting project, I didn't believe that dc motors with brushes and bts would have enough strength to carry out an assembly like this, congratulations on the project.

May I ask you how many amps your motors have and how many voltages each power supply has.
I have set my to 21V because I have read, that the bit-2 are safety driven in the range between 18 -21V.

I has issues with my rig when in parking location and I step in the simulator. So I hope to give more voltage can safe the problem.

has the location issue as well the simtools v3? Is this only a simtools issue or smc3utils as well?

Mine are 21 too, 13.2 amps each psu

How is your rig driven ? Wormgear or ballscrew ?

    I found the solution!

The parking location getting below the Clip limit cause of the inertia when load. So pwmrev Set 200 tries to get out of the clip limit. So setting slightly higher values of the parking location works for me.

I have similar values.. 13.4A 24V 75 rpm common wheelchair motors here in the forum. I dont know if it ballscrewd or wormgesr driven.

Thank you Anyway for your Quick reply!

Do you might have videos of your rig? The youtube content seems to be unavailable "This video is private".
