I'd just like to thank @Peacemaker105 and @Thanos for your contributions to this project. I took the plunge and ordered a 90ST-M03520 (3.5 Nm, 10.5 Nm peak) along with an AASD-15A driver and a few extra bits to complete the project.

I joined the forum to share an alternative to the 3d printed wheel hub since I don't own a 3d printer. I don't have permission to post the links since I'm new around here so I've attached the screenshots of the listings instead. It should be easy enough to find if anyone wants to give it a go.

The coupling flange has a 16mm hole with a key and should fit the 90ST motors nicely. The 6 bolt holes are on a circle with a 45mm diameter which is half a millimetre off the grant mounting pattern (1.75" diameter). The adapter hub should just then fit onto the flange without too much hassle.

An added bonus is that I think it will be possible to make a quick-release system with these 2 parts. I'm thinking I will thread the 6 bolt holes on the flange and use them to index the hub adapter and then secure the adapter to the flange/motor driveshaft with a central wing bolt into the driveshaft.

    Hey,
I wanna thank you for this topic, is it possible to update the prices of the all items along with the Thanos plate ?

So much information has accumulated in that topic sa it is not known what is needed and what is not?

Has anyone tried to run it on the A1-SVD15 driver?

    Hello
A strange thing after folding the steering wheel works with FF but loses its position. Every now and then the position changes to the left. Calibration works for a while.

Did anyone change the encoder on thier wheel from 2500 ppr to higher ?

Was there much improvement in fidelity ?

What type of encoder did you fit ?
