I think that a smaller wheel would weigh around 800 grams so this is +50% and the rim is rather large which means more weight long from the centre.

Hi! I've recorded video with strange sound of my servo. Can't understand how to make it quite.
Sounds like shaft is scrubbing something inside, but only when wheel is accelerating fast.
    Did somebody face same thing?

my guess it is the coils inside the motor vibrating with higher current

does it do it when you are driving ?

That squeak noise is the braking function of the servo, when its limiting the max RPM on Torque mode.

You could eliminate it by increasing the max RPM, but then it might accelerate to lots of RPM much more than a rim could handle, especially if using unbalanced rim. Have the e-stop in close proximity just in case...

Max RPM is set to 2500 and the noise shows only on start of acceleration.

    Confirm that Pn187 is 1.
    Try setting Pn188 to 50.

I've set these values when I first time set up the wheel. So video is recorded with same values.

If Pn188 is set to 200 or 1,
Is there any change in noise on start of acceleration?

No, noise is equal when Pn188 is set to 1 or 200.

What is the value of PN189?
I think the torque will be limited if the torque command exceeds 300%.

Pn189 is set to 120. But with just 20 I've got the same results, may be noise is slightly quieter than 120.

Hmm. Ok, I've found that if I set Pn198 to 500 instead of 120 this sound becomes much quieter so I've made Pn189 = 80 and now there is no noise and wheel spins very fast. Thanks!

    @Peacemaker105 hi!
So now that you've been using this for a while, did you manage to get the humming and oscillation fixed with @Thanos PCB and DAC solution?
I'm wondering how the wheel base is going now that it's been a little while since you assembled it.

There is no humming or oscillation when using the DAC...

Making some smaller TDD boards actually...
