AMC-AASD15A servo controller

    I'm not sure about the the DC input of this drive, but should be similar optocouplers like the AASD15A and thus probably will work fine with 5v.

    From what I gather this is using similar circuit for the drive part, but it needs external Brake resistor and possibly won't be able to set it to run on 110v if you need to. Also heard the power wiring is somewhat complicated as well, might have to search for instructions on how others did wire it.

    I was just wondering if you figured this out. I am also considering using these motors for a project. Did the S2 servo drivers work with the AMC controller?

    I really prefer the official AASD drives, depending where you source them, some vendors even have CE certification for them.

    Oh, and by the way, I almost forgot to share my latest build. Hopefully will help some people.

    I ended up buying the typical st80/AASD15. The seller on amazon only had 7 of them, so i didnt want to try one then not be able to buy the rest, or gamble with buying 6 outright.
