    It would be worth updating to the newest SMC3 sketch to be sure.
    Either way, it looks like some fixes have been made since v0.6, so updating would be advised.

    The program I am running now is outdated but it has the option of Mode 1 or Mode 2. The new updated program is the same but with more changes and has defined lines and uncomment lines and that is what I am talking about.

    Leave the code as it is for now, just define the correct Mode for your hardware.

    OK, I just left my code as was, replaced a NEW motor controller and all is working as it should . For now I will leave all settings as is in smc3 and will tweak them as needed. Thank you all for your help
