    Hey guys/gals

Names Lee from Melbourne, Australia. I'm 34.
Going to have a crack making a 2dof. I'm a simple tradie, with no degrees. Just wing it I reckon haha
I made a few drones recently so I'm ok with wiring stuff and basic computer type things. I just enjoy tinkering and doing stuff. Rather be riding my moto or in the garage over coffee at the shops.

I was hoping to buy a motor and jrk plus a few associated bits to see if I can get it all to talk to each other. If so then buy the rest.
I have a 550W ATX psu I just ripped out of my PC which might come in handy.

    Cheers
    Lee

    A fellow Aussie, welcome @Wormy.

We are lucky to have easy access to motors in Australia from Motion Dynamics: https://www.motiondynamics.com.au/worm-drive-motor-12v-24v-200w-180-rpm-20nm-torque.html

JRKs may cost a bit but are easy to setup and suit these motors perfectly.

    Hi all
this site is wonderful and developers job fantastic.
I easyily successfully wired arduino one and moto monster shield to check my first 2dof control system.
I did experience that Sim Tools 1.3 is not working fine on windows 10 64 due serial commands are dropped (just one motor is controled). I did solve setting up game engine on w7 machine.
    Will version 2.0 work on w10 ?
    Thanks
    Valerio

Bonjour/Bonsoir tout le monde. Nouveau sur le forum. J'ai comme projet de faire un simulateur 4DOF miniature (pour le moment) pour voir comment fonctionne la programmation de ce genre de petit bijoux.
