Hi! I'm a new member also! I'm Jomar from Philippines and was really astonished about racing simulator. Currently, I am playing Dirt 3 and Grid 2 racing games with my Logitech driving force GT. I was really pleased with it's performace compared to my old logitech momo. When I saw videos of DIY chair mover, I was really drawn to it decided to plan and build my own from scratch. Currently the project is now at 75% of completion.
Attached is the 3d model of what I am trying to build. :)

@Jomar_Sarto , please start a new thread build with this information. I will mention though, Id suggest leave the screens static and if its a full frame build, shoulder mount motors at rear.
The rest can be discussed on a thread created by you.

Good afternoon Community. A guy from Finland has an honour to join You.
Before got only a static rig built up to a kart chassis, now inspired ( 'cause of these wonderful forums & communitys here and xsim-side too ) to build a new dynamic one ( 2DOF ).
In fact, the process is already going on...using a kart chassis, arduino + motomonster, wiper motors. First movements of this proto-construction already seen via some serial testings without any games yet ;)

Google Translate - Bonjourje Fabrice call me and I plan to make a dynamic simulator with 2 engines. My two games need for speed. This faitbun moment I traverses the simulator sites. I hope to reach soon. Benefit from using the forum.Dans first and of course share the difficulties and solutions encountered

    Welcome @Fabgen.

Please do start a new thread for your planned 2DOF project and include Google Translations of postings, that way you will be able to access a huge amount of member expertise and advice. If you get stuck where Google Translate is not adequate then you will find some native French speakers here who can help ensure you get your meaning across.

Good luck with your project, I look forward to following your build as it progresses.

Whoops my bad, been corrected...but it was a poor translation anyway, hence my comment about native speakers helping out.
