Hey @Nick Moxley, may I ask you what happened to the project? I didn't follow the thread but I red somewhere else that the base was ripped from another game. I can imagine how you could feel after all the hours you spent with that suspension project... really disappointing
Are you gonna loose all that work or will it be used for another made from scratch?

That was a Looong time ago, some time in 2014 for the modeling debacle....... Now The car has a 100% scratch made model that is currently being Nit picked over for the final 2k and 4k skins. The physics i would say are 98% done, just a few more tweaks were looking to make, CCX will be adding a thread to the RaceDepartment AC section sooner than later he said, So Look to RD for updates, However if you've downloaded the car in the past, it will update you when we go live with the update.

0-300-0 has been matched within 2-3 tenths from their World Record time of 17.95 It Basically depends if you Hand shift or leave it in Auto like IRL. Also the No hands trick has also been replicated.

Im hoping the MGU-K and MGU-H setting's were getting from the SF-15T also correlate to the 138 as far as Engine mapping/modes goes....if we get that, oh my this is seriously good time's to be a sim Racer.

Ya this is the True time to test how many function's can your wheel perform. lol

Tho knowing Kunos it wont be some mathematical Crazy calculation to adjust your ERS or Harvesting, It will probably be an up and down button for both....so you'll need 4 extra button's or 2 Encoders...

Tho if were getting the Overall engine/fuel mapping as well....hrmm, maybe 6 buttons and or 3 encoders.

I think it's gonna be an easy implementation, remembering they're supporting gamepads (expecially with the next consoles release).
I'd move some function from the wheel to the button-box, just leaving the VR options (recenter and hide/show apps)

Yes, he's a genius as a programmer, but he should stay away from the forum, 'cause every time he answers to a thread makes me want to uninstall the game. Diplomacy is not his daily bread...
Other than that, the 'Cat hacked' youtube channel is very informative

Curious what comments in the forums are you referring to Blame ? There might have been a few unfavorable answers to some questions, But you honestly cant take the "Rain and Night" guys seriously. Not to mention as he says in the Q&A....if you dont get an answer, its likely No or Not possible or Not planned at all for future builds. Stefano's a little rough on the edges, but to compare him to say Ian Bell, Lol Stefano is a true Pussy cat.
