Try the sim and find out why my motors go up and down a little weird. I haven't change sim setting bin to hex. Good there are enough pictures where I found the error. Now I find out that left motor has some problems and it stuck down if I put some load on chair. Maybe its broken or the mm has malfunction.

Figured out what's the problem with my motor.. I check the resistance both of the motors and find out that left motor is about 100w and right 200w. Tomorrow i have to go local carpart shop to buy one motor more. Little more work to do but at least i didn't break nothing..

    Hi!
Now i need some help if someone can tell me what the reason why my motors dont work. I buy 2 Ford transit wiper motors and customised them. But they work only one direction good. if i put them go counterclockwise they go slow few turns and after that motomonsters protection stop movement. If i turn potentiometer it's start to move again clockwise but if i turn it other direction it moves 2 rounds and stop. I tried to turn magnets but that don't help. Both of the motor work same way. If i change the polarity it don't change the problem so the motomonster isn't broken. IMG_6719.JPG IMG_6720.JPG IMG_6721.JPG

    @mrbeginner
did you find the fast and low speed?
    Wipers.jpg

did you ground isolate the motors before doing some tests with them attached to the rig?
    http://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/wiper-motor-mandatory-ground-isolation.25/
and i think you have done the above but wired wrong brushes.

are you using MM without any cooling?

if you have a multimeter get some measurements to see how many power your motor is drawing when working CW and CCW . Can do this test with motors connected directly to the power supply

First test's with rbr and motors jammed few times.. I take motor shafts and make new holes for rods 50mm center to center (before 65) and after that the machine works alright. I drive rbr famous ouninpohja and sim works the hole ride without any problems. Now a little more testing and after that some painting and pictures to here.

    Hi!
Now the proto is almost done.
Here's some pictures to proof it.

Thank you for all who helped and give information when i don't find it myself.
I have to say that after tweaking the rbr and ac few weeks i found that this is not so bad sim at all. the Foracer what i tested was too agressive and without the rift immersion was bad. So if someone want's to do sim this 2dof is good for practise and after that maybe a littla harder version..

I use carbon fibre and aluminium lookalike tape and grey paint to make sim look "stylish". IMG_6731.JPG
I put my simex woofer amplifier in box and put power supply cord under the same power switch with amp. So when i put amplifier on the power supply starts too. I have emergency switch on a cord where i put the 12v on. IMG_6732.JPG
I Know my motor is now wrong way, but i found that they go different speed counter clockwise so i try if it work's like this and it's ok for now. Next thing is to order better motors. Before that i make wheel table better looking and right angle. IMG_6733.JPG

    Well done @mrbeginner :thumbs

When you can please also ad a video of your simulator in action. I will be looking forward to that and your upgrades as they progress.:thumbs

Some use Dropbox but most just upload to YouTube, which will resize the video for you.

Good to know. My friend is about 100kg and the seat with pedals and steering wheel is about 20kg so it works quite good. It's amazing how those motors just keep moving and not heated at all.

Little update to the sim. I made holder for my Saitek X52 and now i just wait the war thunder to be stable and works with oculus without errors...
Is there other flight sim what works with oculus and simtools?

    IMG_7579.JPG

It's just plug and play for the joystick and rudder is in a place with m8 screw for easy installation

    IMG_7580.JPG
Right you can see my green handbrake and that red hat switch is power supply on/off switch.

I prefer having the joystick on the side and not in the middle personally

F.. me sideways. I was thinking my moto monster was broken and it was. Both sides work one way but another way there is some problem. I change the Moto and now the right motor work good but left only one way. So now i have to order several more for just to make sure i get one perfect.

Now i measure those new motors and result was 12v 0,8ohm gives 15A = 180W. No load start take about 7A peak and no load running takes 2A continuous. Next week i try measure torque / current.
