Maybe it's interesting for someone, i show you near pictures with better quality of my linkage and contactless sensor mounting. At this point, i wanna thank Zed for his great help, and recommendations. :cheers
And you other guy's are awesome too. I never feel alone, with my problems. I'm not as good in mechanics and i don't have much possibilities to build complex mechanics. But I am happy with what I have achieved.

Hey mates! After for sure more than 20 hours of driving, with my seat in the last configuration, i'm proud to say: i had nothig to repair or to fix...it simply work awesome. Only the disturbing back lash is left, but i can life with that. Maybe in a far future, i will change to SCN or similar cylinders. But for now, i will have fun with my trouble-free rig. :)

Yesterday I made an experiment. I've been thinking this thing through. I've adjusted the balance point negatively. The weight is not longer neutral. If i sit on the seat, always i have a small weight on the lever arms. I know, that is more force on the gears, but my intention is, that "gear hammering", always on the stress reversals are maybe more stressfull for the gears, than my new method. What do you guys think? The only thing, what i can tell you guys: WOW! I don't recognize my seat!! It's incredible! Later i will do a new picture from my seat for you, to show the modifications. Not a small back lash is noticeable. I can't believe, how clean and smooth my rig is now. I little bit, i can feel now, that the rotationpoint is a bit more worse now. Because, the seat is a little bit more travelling up and down, as before. But with that back lesh FREE moving, i can life with that.

Again...what you guys think about this? I hope so much that my thoughts will be right for the motor gears. :)

Slight positive load when balancing a rig does help with backlash and many members here, including myself, set our rigs up that way.

Ok, that is the new position, of the pivot point. The Problem ist, that i have a heavy front....so i have to bring it far ahead. But I don't want to complain. :D

Because I moved the pivot to the front, i had to extend the lower platform to the rear. Like you can see on the pictures. I had a slightly disturbing lift of the front, while accelerating, from the stand. That is gone now. :) People...i LOVE my chair! The next step, will be the eletronic part. I will make it more pretty...maybe change to better components. I will see and come back :)

Hey, some news about me. I added a small new Subwoofer and a Bassshaker under my seat, Sadly for the moment, i can't use the shaker together with motion chancellation...but i will find a option, to do that. Another thing is, that finally i will change my motorshields to a sabertooth. Yesterday i ordered a 2x60A one. I'm happy. :)

WOOOHOOO Today i got my Sabertooth. And to make it short: It's AWESOME! What a difference! That lovley part of technic now play with my motors. :) The Sabertooth is not sheap, but for me...every cent worth. I know, my electrical solution is still not really nice. I will buy soon a plasticscase with fans... for the moment, i did'nt found a case, that is beautiful enough.

And i would show you my SMC3 Settings. This settings are good, for the moment. With Kp 65, i have a fast and strong movement. With 100, it feels like kick you out of the seat. :D The only thing is, that i had to change the Fpid to 2, because, only ONE motor did weird movings with Fpid 1 setting. But i'm totally satisfied with Fpid2. The motors work GREAT. So, if you have a recommendation for a better setting, so tell me. :) Now i can't wait to drive.

Hey friends! Some Upgrade on my rig! At the beginning, i only interested on drive cars in assetto corsa. Now, i I realize, that was a mistake. Now i upgrade my rig...i can change from car to fly controls. I own only a 2DOF, but the flight immersion is better that i thought. I love it! Later maybe i will upgrade pedeal controls..but for the moment, it's cool enough.

    Hey guys,
after a long time, just reading here in the forum, i write a few words and show my current progress. The pictures show my current status. Since the last pictures, there hasn't been much change in appearance, but a lot in driving feeling. The windblowers are now rigidly mounted and don't move anymore. This way, i could save a lot of weight, which has a very positive effect on the movements. And an incredibly good effect, the springs have brought. Also visible in the picture (under the seat). In the flight build, i use 1 set of springs and in the racing build 2 sets. Simply a ingenious feeling.

I still have a lot of fun with my seat. Even if I am more and more thinking about building a 6DOF. But the money still scares me off a little bit. At the moment i am still very satisfied with my seat.

Hey! Santa brought me a new wheel! And i also upgraded with an Simshaker Jetpad. Nice to decouple the vibrations for the motion chancellation tracker. Works quite well.

I also had experimented with a mechanical belt tensioner, for brakefeeling by driving.... was ok, but unfortunately I didn't like the immersion that much. I work with relatively large seat ways. But i find that without already good enough, to give a good immersion.

    AND:
Next year i'm going to start experiment with linear accuators. Let's see where that takes me.
Hope to get your help. :) I wish you all a happy new year. :)
