For traction loss I use alwayse 5030 300kg ball bearing, 6 of them 3 each under U beams.
Beams has some bending in them and ball bearing plate tilts and does not give each ball same stress.
After finding way distribute weight better planning to change contact H beam which is S275 to harder metal plate.

What is optimal metal surface for these kind ball bearings? Do you have to play precision game or let metal deform and let bearings to even out?

Replaced metal ball idea all along and rewelded platform all together. Now front and back sliding is done on forklift wheels. Back ones are on hard rubber blocks to absorb metal bending to keep wheel in contact with surface to prevent it from tilting and cracking. Added watts link to the prevent car shell from rotating from air springs when actuator is at work. Still saving bit by bit for actuator set, 4x 750's should be more than enough, not sure for TL.

To keep logistics one of actuator ends will have to quick detach to not absorb shocks.

Also looking at 10R wheel sized trailers to avoid mounting/dismounting car from and onto. Towing thing to few day festivals would make more sence and be enjoyable.

Steering wheel, pedals are solid and kept stock position. Great feeling having quick oem wheel and chair adjustability. Not so much solid fanatec shifter, might keep holding for some time.

Keeping platform and body electronics apart, so having two shields. ATM 6bolts and one plug are holding two together.

Most of interaction things are completed. Getting it on cluster canbus trough aigbag module wires. Having ECU gone and not sending signals to cluster makes harder to make AC compressor work, might have to add relays for clutch and vent to start on a same button it stars the mottor to spin.

    80mm travel out of 150
To deal with shakyness front requires stabilizer.
Happy with how it goes, things might be more complicated when TL goes into operation, will see
