    oh you guys are sooo bad. Now I'm going to have to buy a 3d printer. That was a good project for the 3d printer. I'm surprised the tolerances were so close.

    There's a Fine line to walk when playing with tolerances but once you figure out how tight YOUR machine can print, its easy sailing.
